This preliminary check allows us to analyze the report more accurately and provide a prompt and targeted response.
We would also like to remind you that, in order to ensure a proper assessment, complaints attributable to the following will not be accepted:
• use of unsuitable, uncalibrated, or worn clamps or tools;
• grip ranges outside the limits specified in the catalog;
• hole diameters or alignments not compliant with the specified technical tolerances;
• use on incompatible materials or materials treated in a non-compliant manner;
• particularly severe environmental conditions (prolonged UV exposure, rain, wind, corrosion, etc.);
• lack of protective treatments or improper storage of the material.
