Every single product we distribute in Europe is manufactured here: we sell only what we produce, thereby guaranteeing quality, traceability, and absolute consistency in every supply. The entire production process is internally controlled, from raw material selection to testing and shipment of the finished product. Each phase is supervised with technical rigor to maintain high standards of precision and performance.
Production is carried out through a next-generation automated machinery park, consisting of:
2-station lines
Dedicated to high-speed standard processing.
4-station lines
For the production of complex components with greater geometric precision.
5- and 6-station lines
Designed for the production of structural fasteners and technical items requiring multiple processes and stricter controls.

For the final production of blind rivets and fastening systems.
Thanks to this production integration, Remaches Factory is able to offer the most complete range of Rivets, Threaded Inserts, Lockbolts, and installation tools, as well as manufacture Special Products based on drawings or samples, precisely meeting distributors’ requirements.
