TECHNICAL SUPPORT FORM FOR BATTERY-POWERED FASTENING TOOLS

Any claim regarding the riveting machine may be submitted only if the user has strictly and fully complied with the instructions provided in the use and maintenance manual supplied by the manufacturer in accordance with Directive CE 2006/42/EC.

In particular, the validity of the claim is subject to compliance with:

• correct installation and use of mandrels/stems;

• correct stroke adjustment accordingly;

• correct operating range of the machine;

• insert size;

• material thickness;

• use of suitable and compliant inserts;

• absence of unauthorized modifications, tampering, or repairs;

• compliance with operating and safety conditions.

Otherwise, the complaint will not be considered valid.
